I built Bailey on a single rule I learned in the gym a long time before I learned it anywhere else: force without control is just damage.

I’m Leahna, recently certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with ISSA. I view working out as a way to regain your confidence. This is a christian based program, and I firmly believe in taking care of your bodies and retaking your life back, whether that’s being proud in your own skin, or taking back your ability to play outside with your kids.

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not on your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies”- 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

As your personal trainer, I am determined to stay by your side throughout your entire journey and until you are happy with your results. You won’t only gain a coach, but also a friend.
